Herberts Revenge (Operation Meltdown) is the 2nd EPF Operation in CPR. The plot is that Herbert is once again trying to destroy the island, so to do that he creates the Ultimate-Meltatron-Ray 10,000 to make the island slowly melt.

Chapter One (HR)
The first Chapter in Herberts Revenge you have to get through a laser maze to the 2nd part of his base. You then try and crack the code into his base. Chapter Two begins on November 11th.
